Shipping & delivery information
Processing time and delivery time
After receiving your order, we will prepare the dispatch within 1 to 5 working days. The estimated delivery time is between 10 and 15 working days after dispatch confirmation.
Please note: No parcels are sent on Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays.
Consignment tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an e-mail with your personal tracking number. This allows you to view the delivery status online at any time.
Note: It may take 3 to 7 days after dispatch for the tracking data to appear updated on the respective platform. Please be patient.
Changes and cancellations
Not yet dispatched: Orders can easily be cancelled or redirected to another address before dispatch - simply contact us in good time.
Already on the way: Once the parcel has been sent, neither address changes nor refunds are possible.
Customs and duties
We ship to selected countries according to the DDP principle (Delivered Duty Paid). For you, this means: no annoying customs clearance, no unexpected additional costs on receipt.
DDP shipping depending on destination country:
USA Shipping via UPS - Alaska and Hawaii excluded.
Australia Delivery by Australia Post.
United Kingdom Delivery via the local DPD Express service.
Europe Shipping optionally via DHL Express or DPD Express.
Countries without DDP option
DDP shipping is currently not possible in the following countries due to strict import regulations:
- Denmark
- Australia
- Norway
- Switzerland
Please note: The actual availability of DDP shipping may vary depending on the order.
Delivery to remote areas
Orders to regions that are difficult to reach may incur higher shipping costs and longer delivery times. We will do our best to ensure that your consignment arrives quickly.
